Location: Cape Coral, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $25.00–$26.00 per hour
Overtime: Some overtime and on-call days may be required.

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on complex electrical and mechanical production equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and capable of troubleshooting equipment issues to keep operations running efficiently.  This is a beverage production company in the Cape Coral, FL area. 

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and unscheduled maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical problems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, equipment records, and inspection documentation.
• Complete pre-operation and end-of-day cleaning of equipment and work areas.
• Participate in back-up roasting and production support as needed.
• Create and maintain parts inventory lists and maintenance schedules.
• Follow all HACCP guidelines, GMPs, SOPs, and company safety policies.
• Conduct routine quality assessments of products and finished goods.
• Calibrate and recalibrate scales and machinery.
• Assist with other duties as assigned to support operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to follow company procedures and work independently.
• Basic math skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and maintenance documents.
• Must be able to understand and communicate effectively in English.
• Prior experience operating coffee roasters, grinders, or similar brewing/manufacturing equipment is a plus.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
