Express Employment is looking for a Sales/Marketing Representative. This position requires 2 years of current experience. 

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00/Hour

Work hours: Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm (Work hours may vary)

Location: Chico, Ca

Job Description:  

Sales & Marketing Support 
•    Review and evaluate marketing opportunities, including influencers, PR, ad programs, and store marketing programs
•    Act as a brand representative on all growth opportunities
•    Manage order processing and fulfillment for e-commerce platforms such as Amazon
•    Create and distribute marketing materials, including web mailers and sales content
•    Manage online advertising and social media accounts
•    Coordinate with external partners and affiliates
•    Assist in event planning and trade show organization, including logistics and travel arrangements
•    Maintain product inventory, imagery, and listings on multiple e-commerce platforms

Administrative & Customer Service
•    Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries and handle order discrepancies
•    Provide exceptional customer service and manage customer communications
•    Assist with the preparation and beautification of facilities for events and guests
•    Special projects as assigned by the CEO
•    Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
•    2 years of current experience
•    In-depth knowledge of marketing processes and best practices
•    Proficiency in social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
•    Design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator) are a plus but not required
•    Excellent communication, presentation, and copywriting skills
•    Strong organizational and time management skills
•    Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
•    Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
•    Attention to details
•    Excellent interpersonal skills
