Contact customers regarding past due accounts.
Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve account issues.
Maintain accurate records of collection activities.
Provide professional and courteous customer service.
Follow company policies and applicable regulations.
Previous collections experience required.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
Dependable with excellent attention to detail.
