Accounts Payable Lead (Direct Hire)

Summary
A growing organization is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Lead to oversee AP operations, treasury activities, and vendor relationships. This role is key to ensuring financial accuracy, process efficiency, and strong internal and external partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, expense reports, reconciliations, and vendor record maintenance
• Manage treasury functions such as cash flow tracking, banking support, and account reconciliations
• Serve as primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, onboarding, and issue resolution
• Act as system lead for expense and invoice platforms (e.g., Concur), including training and support for internal users
• Supervise and mentor AP staff, ensuring accurate and timely performance
• Support general accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and cross-functional financial reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• 3+ years of accounts payable or financial operations experience
• Experience with expense management systems (Concur or similar) strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and treasury processes
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary starting at $60,000 (DOE)
