What You’ll Be Doing:

⦁ Supervise team across welding, laser cutting, bending, and deburring
⦁ Manage production flow, quality, and deadlines
⦁ Train employees and enforce safety standards
⦁ Track performance metrics and resolve production issues
⦁ Identify and implement process improvements

What We're Looking For:

⦁ 1+ year of fabrication leadership experience
⦁ Hands-on experience with welding, press brakes, or laser cutting
⦁ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
⦁ Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency
