Job Title: 2nd Shift Machine Operator (Evaluation Hire)

We are hiring a motivated and mechanically inclined Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift team. This position offers a strong opportunity to grow your skills and advance into higher-paying roles within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate punch press machines to assemble small components for pneumatic valves
• Monitor production and ensure high-quality output with strong attention to detail
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support machine performance
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Equipment Used:

• Mori Seiki, Miyano, and Fanuc RoboDrill machines
• Torque guns, wrenches, and other hand tools

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical or electrical aptitude
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and advance
• Ability to kneel as needed during tasks

Pay and Schedule:

• Starting pay: $15.00 per hour
• Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
