Job Title: 1st Shift Assembly Technician (Evaluation Hire)

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our 1st shift team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and contributing to a collaborative production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and test components used in pneumatic valve production
• Work alongside a line leader to ensure proper assembly and workflow
• Inspect completed parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Cross-train across multiple workstations within the production line

Qualifications:

• Strong attendance record is required
• Must read and write English proficiently
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn new tasks
• Good attention to detail and quality

Equipment:

• Small pneumatic hand tools

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand for the entire shift

Pay and Schedule:

• Pay rate: $15.00 per hour
• Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
