Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily production schedules based on incoming orders, inventory levels, and shipping deadlines.

• Communicate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure raw materials and packaging supplies are available.

• Monitor workflow on the production floor to ensure timely packing, labeling, and order fulfillment.

• Assign tasks and provide support to line leads, packers, and equipment operators to meet productivity targets.

• Track yields, output rates, downtime, and labor usage; report daily production metrics.

• Ensure adherence to food safety, quality, and sanitation standards (GMP, HACCP, SQF, etc.).

• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to identify and resolve production or quality issues.

• Train and onboard new production staff; assist with ongoing employee development.

• Troubleshoot scheduling or production conflicts and adjust resources as needed.

• Support continuous improvement efforts related to workflow, efficiency, and waste reduction.
