Shipping Receiving Manager

Located in Roseville, MI

Salary: $60,000/year

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Shipping/Receving Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities and support the efficient flow of products throughout the facility. This role is responsible for coordinating with internal teams and other locations, managing inventory and order fulfillment, and ensuring products are available to meet customer demands. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, warehouse operations experience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal departments and multiple locations to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment
• Manage daily order flow, including pre-pulling and preparing orders for shipment or customer pickup
• Assist walk-in customers and provide outstanding customer service
• Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse distribution activities
• Monitor inventory levels and support procurement and materials management processes
• Lead and support warehouse staff while promoting a productive and team-oriented work environment
• Assist with process improvements and help develop other departments as part of the company's long-term growth strategy
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse operation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in warehouse management, operations management, or warehouse supervision required
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, procurement, and materials management
• HVAC industry experience preferred
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods

• $60,000 Salary
• Monday- Friday 6am- 4:30pm 
• Roseville, MI 48066
