Salary: $18.00 per hour

Location: South McAllen Area
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday

Overtime may be required during peak season, and candidates must be available to stay after scheduled hours as needed.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to support daily warehouse and office operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and records

• Process purchase orders and track incoming shipments

• Investigate inventory discrepancies and receiving issues

• Update inventory databases and system records

• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile reports

• Receive, inspect, unpack, and organize incoming materials

• Re-stock shelves and maintain inventory labeling

• Process or approve invoices for payment

• Handle product returns and required documentation

• Perform clerical duties including data entry, answering phones, and assisting customers

• Support cash handling or payment processing when needed

• Assist with training new employees

• Perform additional duties assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Previous inventory control, warehouse, purchasing, or related experience preferred

• Must have strong experience using Excel pivot tables and Excel formulas

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and data entry

• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Reliable attendance and professional work ethic
