Essential duties and responsibilities:

• This is an entry level position, assisting with data entry using Excel for the Accounting Department.
• Assist with collecting from past due accounts
• Provide administrative support for the accounting department
• Data Entry
• Filing
• Scanning 
• other clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• Basic Excel experience
• quick learning and works well in busy work environments
