Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is recruiting for a Custodian.

Service Line: Evaluation to Hire, Full-time

Pay: $18.58/Hr.

Schedule: Weekend availability required; days off are Tuesday and Wednesday

Responsibilities:

• Clean common areas, laundry facilities, stairways, and shared community spaces

• Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize assigned areas

• Empty trash receptacles and remove debris

• Clean windows, sinks, walls, floors, and other surfaces

• Maintain cleanliness of laundry rooms and common areas

• Assist with minor maintenance and special cleaning projects

• Move furniture and equipment as needed

• Follow safety procedures and cleaning schedules

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Reliable and dependable attendance

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communication skills

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
