The Electrical Assembler plays a vital role in our operations by performing electrical installations on all products, troubleshooting, servicing, diagnosing failures, and making repairs on electrical and/or other various systems.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Electrical Installation

1. Perform installation of electrical components accurately and efficiently by following instructions and specifications
2. Ensure assemblies are built to meet quality and safety standards
3. Report discrepancies or deviations in compliance with company standards
4. Work effectively with new systems, production line equipment and older units in shop environments.
5. Demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving skills to support production and service needs.
6. Communicate potential quality or compliance issues to supervisors and relevant stakeholders.
7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through feedback and collaboration.
8. Prepare and maintain inspection records, sign-off books, and other required documentation to ensure all work is properly recorded.

Testing & Troubleshooting

1. Conduct final system checks to confirm proper installation, functionality, and compliance with applicable standards and specifications.
2. Utilize test equipment to troubleshoot electrical issues and resolve problems in a timely manner.
3. Test, repair, and validate electrical systems, assemblies, and components as required.

Physical Requirements

1. Lift up to 50 pounds as needed and demonstrate manual dexterity required for precise electrical assembly work.
