Warehouse Associate / Mixer – Evaluation Hire Opportunity

Location: Arlington, WA
Pay: $23–$25/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Type: Evaluation Hire (Temp-to-Hire)

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Warehouse Associate / Mixer for a stable and growing manufacturing company in the Arlington area. This is a hands-on, evaluation-to-hire opportunity ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working with materials, and contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

In this role, you will support warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, inventory management, and light production tasks, including mixing materials to customer specifications and preparing products for shipment.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials
Operate a forklift to move, stage, and transport materials
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for accurate and timely shipment
Mix paint/materials to customer specifications
Assist with inventory tracking and maintain organized stock levels
Support light production tasks such as packaging finished goods
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipping goals

Qualifications

Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or production environments
REQUIRED: Experience using UPS WorldShip or FedEx shipping systems
Forklift experience required (sit-down preferred)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping tasks
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, dependable, and quality-focused work ethic
