Manufacturing Associate – Automated Production 

Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating 12-Hour Shifts ; 7am-7pm & 7pm-7am

What You’ll Do

As a Production Operator, you will work hands-on with robotic stacking systems, conveyors, case sealers, and stretch wrapping equipment to support daily production goals. You’ll help ensure smooth operations, quality standards, and safe equipment use throughout your shift.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating and troubleshooting automated production and packaging equipment
• Monitoring product flow, scanning, labeling, and accurately counting materials
• Performing quality checks and identifying product defects or equipment issues
• Responding to machine alarms and safely clearing minor jams
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Supporting scrap handling, recycling, and continuous improvement efforts
• Communicating effectively with team members and shift leadership

• High school diploma or GED required
• Manufacturing or logistics experience preferred but not required
• Forklift experience is a plus (training may be provided)

• Willingness to learn, cross-train, and grow within the organization
• Basic math and computer skills
