We are seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to support continuous improvement and production efficiency within a well-established manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, optimizing processes, and working cross-functionally with production teams.

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, First Shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and modify CNC cutter programs
  • Troubleshoot and improve machinery and production equipment
  • Analyze workflows, time studies, and production methods to improve efficiency
  • Evaluate factory layout, equipment use, and team workflows
  • Review and update work instructions for accuracy and completeness
  • Develop and document assembly processes and routings for new and existing products
  • Partner with production and quality teams to resolve process and workflow issues
  • Create standardized procedures to reduce waste and improve productivity
  • Maintain product documentation, including drawings, specifications, and bills of materials
  • Assist with product design improvements and prototyping efforts
  • Lead or support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant manufacturing or process improvement experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with production, quality, and engineering teams
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
