Job Title: 1st Shift Assembly Operator (Evaluation Hire)

We are currently hiring dependable and detail-focused Assembly Operators for our 1st shift A Crew. This is a great opportunity to join a production team with steady hours and bonus potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect parts and components according to quality standards
• Feed raw materials into machinery and assist in production operations
• Monitor production processes and perform visual inspections based on work instructions
• Conduct basic quality checks and testing
• Package finished products according to instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Communicate effectively with team members to meet production goals
• Participate in ongoing training within the production department

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow directions and listen to supervisors
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds consistently
• Must be able to stand for long periods
• No existing back issues

Pay and Schedule:

• Pay rate: $17.00 per hour
• Tuesday through Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Bonus Opportunities:

• Signing and retention bonuses totaling up to $570:
  • $20 after first week
  • $100 after 1 month
  • $100 after 2 months
  • $150 after 3 months
  • Conversion bonus: $150 at 3 months + $200 upon hire
