Summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator to support outreach efforts in the Crystal Lake area. This role focuses on attending community events, representing Express Employment, and connecting with job seekers and potential clients. Responsibilities

  • Attend community events such as job fairs and resource days
  • Represent Express Employment in a professional and approachable manner
  • Explain Express Employment’s mission, services, and employment opportunities
  • Network with job seekers and identify potential candidates
  • Collect and provide information on potential candidates and community contacts

Qualifications

  • Personable, professional, and easily approachable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable speaking with the public and networking
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Willing and able to represent Express Employment professionally

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to set up and break down event materials
  • Ability to stand and move around during community events
