Schedule/Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Day Shift)

Summary

Woodworking company specializing in high-quality custom cabinetry and millwork products. This Paint/Stain – Finishing position focuses on applying finishes and ensuring final products meet company quality standards. This role offers independent work in a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Apply paint, stains, sealers, and topcoats using spray equipment or by hand
  • Ensure consistent color, coverage, and finish quality on all products
  • Inspect finished pieces for defects such as runs, uneven color, or blemishes
  • Perform touch-ups and corrections to meet quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

  • Hard-working and dependable
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Previous painting, staining, or finishing experience preferred
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Willing and able to perform the essential functions of the job

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours per day
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to use hand tools and sanding equipment
  • Comfortable working in a woodworking/manufacturing environment
