Express Employment Professionals of Windsor is hiring for machine operators with experience in a manufacturing or shop setting. Must have strong attention to detail, ability to stand on your feet for your full shift, and work closely with other employees to ensure a high rate of production. Location: Westfield, MA, Fiskdale, MA, Agawam, MA.

Pay: $16.50+/hr depending on experience and shift

Shift: Monday - Friday, please call to find out shift availabilty.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to operate/run machines in a shop environment
• Must be able to lift heavy material
• Willing to learn how to run the machines
• Strong math skills for calculating fractions to decimals for machine adjustments
• 1-2+ years of experience in the manufacturing/production industry
• Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time in the same spot
• Must have a positive attitude and work alongside others

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the scheduled rate of production at the work center.
• Run a variety of machines: cutting, prepping, painting, ect. 
• Load and unload materials from machines
