Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, staffing, and logistics coordination. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and accurate order fulfillment while leading a team in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on warehouse experience and a proven ability to optimize processes and drive performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff to ensure productivity and accountability
• Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation
• Implement and maintain efficient workflow processes to maximize space and productivity
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies
• Monitor equipment usage, maintenance needs, and facility organization
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with carriers, vendors, and internal teams
• Track KPIs such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and labor efficiency
• Resolve operational issues quickly to minimize downtime and delays
• Maintain accurate reporting on inventory, staffing, and warehouse performance

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of warehouse or distribution management experience
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control systems
• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with forklifts, reach trucks, and warehouse equipment
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software
• Ability to analyze data and improve operational efficiency
• High attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution management
• OSHA or safety compliance training
• Experience with RF scanning systems and inventory automation tools
• Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement knowledge

Work Environment

• Active warehouse/distribution center environment
• Frequent walking, standing, and oversight of warehouse floor operations
• May require occasional lifting or hands-on operational support
• Fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
