Schedule/Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available

Summary

Our client, a leading metal heat treating facility in Crystal Lake, IL, is actively hiring for multiple production and warehouse positions across all shifts. Responsibilities

  • Assist with production and warehouse operations in a metal manufacturing environment
  • Operate machines or equipment safely after training
  • Perform material handling, loading, and unloading as needed
  • Follow safety, quality, and production standards
  • Support team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment
  • Comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing setting

Qualifications

  • Mechanically inclined with hands-on problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience with forklift operation, machine operation, or maintenance preferred
  • At least 6 months of manufacturing experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
