Front Office Support Coordinator - Evaluation Hire

Pay: $20/hour

Standard Hours:  Monday - Friday | 8AM - 5PM

About the Role: 

As a Front Office Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for all visitors to the office. This is a fast-paced environment where you’ll use customer service and multi-tasking skills to handle multiple phone linesassist guestsand ensure professional results. You will also manage incoming applications and online job postings, as well as scheduling interview appointments.  

 

What You'll Do: 

  • Create a Positive First Impression:welcome all visitors, professionally handle calls and inquiries, while managing applicant information and online applications in a timely manner. 

  • Office Administrative Duties:Enter applicant data, handle correspondence and filing with confidentiality, support team, payroll and recruiting efforts as needed. 

  • Learn the Laws: Conduct business in accordance with Express and applicable legal guidelines, maintaining professional knowledge of the market and labor laws.

  • Education and experience can come from various sources. This typically includes a GED or High School Diploma, customer service experience, strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software. It can also come from areas we haven’t yet considered

Qualified candidates will:

  • Speak English & Spanish
  • Be able to work as early as 7:00AM and stay as late as 6:30PM
  • Work occasional Saturdays
  • Travel up to 3 times per year for training purposes
