Job Title: Assembler

Pay Rate: $17.51/hour
Schedule/Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Day Shift)
Employment Type: Evaluation Hire (Temp-to-Perm)

Summary

The Assembler is responsible for assembling parts and components according to work orders, blueprints, and instructions while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency. This role includes inspection and testing of assemblies to ensure products meet all specifications and ISO 9001 standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble parts and components accurately and efficiently following work orders, blueprints, and instructions
  • Inspect and test assemblies, including live power testing, to ensure quality and proper functionality
  • Prepare materials and operate assembly equipment safely and correctly
  • Ensure proper setup and calibration of tools and equipment
  • Document inspection results and testing outcomes accurately
  • Maintain attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks in a production environment

Qualifications

  • Comfortable performing assembly, inspection, and testing duties as described
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and handle materials as required
  • Ability to use hand tools and machinery safely
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
  • Willing and able to perform the essential functions of the job
