Salary: $50-$55k base plus commission

We are a year 1 growing local business in the People Industry and I'm hiring someone early in their Outside Sales career, who’s willing to get out into the community, talk to and learn about local businesses, perform B2B sales and follow up consistently. This entry level outside sales role covers parts of Essex and Passaic County and is focused on building relationships the old-school way—face-to-face outside in the community.

 

What You’ll Do

• Visit local businesses each day to introduce our services
• Start conversations with business owners and decision-makers
• Identify hiring needs and business challenges
• Set appointments for more in-depth meetings
• Follow up by phone, email, and in person
• Build genuine relationships with prospects and clients
• Track activity and stay organized in our CRM
• Work directly with the owner to develop your sales skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

 

Compensation

• Base salary: $50,000 – $55,000 year 1 PLUS monthly commission
• Uncapped commission structure (Potential to almost double salary year 1)
• Travel / Mileage reimbursement
