What You'll Do

As a Production Technician I, you will assist in the fabrication and assembly of advanced composite products while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include:

Reading and following work instructions and production procedures
Measuring, cutting, shaping, sanding, and assembling materials                                                                                                                          #2606MS
Learning to operate tools such as grinders, saws, routers, and sanders
Working with composite materials, resins, chemicals, and solvents
Performing detailed work with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Collaborating with team members to meet production goals
Following all safety, quality, and company procedures

Qualifications

Required
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to read, write, and follow instructions
Basic math skills
Strong attention to detail and patience to complete tasks correctly
Ability to learn and safely use hand and power tools
Ability to work with chemicals and solvents
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong commitment to workplace safety
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) required due to the nature of the work

Preferred

High school diploma or GED
Reliable transportation
Manufacturing, construction, or trade experience
Experience in carpentry, painting, mechanics, home finishing, or similar trades
Forklift experience
Knowledge of composite materials and processes such as:
Fiberglass
Carbon fiber
Resin infusion
Vacuum bagging
Mold making
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

Stand and walk for extended periods

Perform repetitive movements
Wear required PPE, including respirators, safety glasses, gloves, and protective clothing
