The ideal candidate is a strategic financial professional who is passionate about community service and wants their work to have a meaningful purpose beyond the balance sheet.

What You'll Do

Provide strategic financial leadership for a mission-driven organization
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash management
Partner with executive leadership and the Board to support organizational goals
Ensure sound stewardship of donor, grant, and community resources
Lead audit, compliance, and financial planning efforts
Develop and maintain strong internal controls and financial processes
Use financial insights to help maximize community impact and organizational sustainability

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
Progressive experience in accounting, finance, or financial leadership
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Experience with audits, compliance, and financial controls
Nonprofit accounting experience is a plus
