Job Title: 1st Shift Assembly Associate (Evaluation Hire)

We are hiring a detail-oriented Assembly Associate for our 1st shift team. This is a great opportunity to secure a long-term, stable position in a clean manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble door latching and locking systems, including components for doors, liftgates, tailgates, trunks, and glove boxes
• Perform visual inspections to ensure part quality and accuracy
• Verify correct parts are at the workstation before assembly
• Repack and inspect finished products
• Maintain general housekeeping at your workstation and throughout the plant

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to assist with on-the-line training when needed
• Comfortable working on your feet for long periods
• Team-oriented and dependable

Work Environment:

• Clean facility (not air-conditioned; break room is climate-controlled)
• No heavy lifting required

Pay and Schedule:

• Pay rate: $18.55 per hour
• Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
