Responsibilities

 

Overview

We are hiring Assembly Technicians to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for candidates with entry-level to moderate manufacturing experience who are dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components using hand and power tools
• Follow work orders, diagrams, and instructions to complete assemblies accurately
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform basic equipment and workstation checks before and after shifts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Communicate with team members and supervisors on production needs

Requirements

• Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand, lift (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive work
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment (heat, noise, dust)
• Reliable attendance and team-first mindset

Additional Requirements

• Must pass drug screen (4-panel: opiates, PCP, cocaine, amphetamines)
• Must pass background check
• High school diploma or GED preferred
