Job Summary

We are seeking dependable individuals for an Industrial Water Blaster position in a manufacturing environment. This is a physically demanding role responsible for cleaning industrial equipment and work areas using specialized high-pressure water blasting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial water blasting equipment safely and efficiently
• Clean machinery, equipment, and work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Work closely with team members and spotters during blasting operations
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• Must be at least 170 lbs due to equipment and safety requirements
• Ability to lift, bend, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in industrial environments and around machinery
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Valid driver's license preferred

PPE Required

Employees will be required to wear extensive PPE, including steel-toe boots, hard hats, face shields, safety glasses, and other protective equipment provided for the position.

Ideal Candidate

This position is best suited for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, are comfortable with physically demanding tasks, and take safety seriously. Previous industrial, construction, labor, maintenance, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
