Hotel Housekeeper

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Housekeepers for a Rochester area hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and common areas while ensuring a positive guest experience.

 

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas
• Change bed linens and replace towels and guest amenities
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and remove trash from assigned areas
• Restock housekeeping carts and supplies as needed
• Report maintenance issues or damaged items to management
• Follow hotel cleanliness and safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or hotel experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation and attendance

Schedule:

• Day shifts available
• Weekends and holidays may be required
