Forklift Operator

Located in Plover, WI

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to support daily operations on our farm. Our company manages the full process of produce production—from growing crops in the field to sorting, packaging, and preparing them for shipment.

The Forklift Operator plays a key role in moving harvested produce, packaging materials, and finished products safely and efficiently between fields, storage areas, and packing facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to transport produce, packaging supplies, pallets, and equipment across farm and warehouse areas
• Load and unload trucks with harvested produce and packaged goods
• Move products between harvesting, washing, sorting, and packaging areas
• Stack, organize, and store pallets in coolers, warehouses, or staging areas
• Assist with general farm and packing facility operations when needed
• Perform daily forklift inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Maintain clean and organized work areas

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience required
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to safety and efficiency
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
