Machine Operator/ Production Assistant

Salary: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Perform Clean-in-Place (CIP) sanitation procedures to maintain high standards
• Collect and prepare product samples for lab testing
• Accurately complete production and compliance documentation
• Support daily operations alongside an experienced production team
• Assist with production goals and quality standards
• Follow all safety protocols, SOPs, and SQF 2000 food safety guidelines

Schedule

• Monday–Saturday (with one scheduled day off during the week)
• Shifts vary by plant location

What It Takes to Succeed

• Strong reliability and work ethic—your team depends on you
• Ability to work on your feet and stay focused in a production environment
• Comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs and performing repetitive physical tasks
• Clear communication skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn equipment maintenance

Manufacturing or production experience is helpful—but not required. We’re willing to train the right person.
