Express Employment Professionals Guelph is currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Elmira, ON for a skilled machine operator!

Shift: Day shift - Monday to Thursday 7-4:30, Friday 7-noon

9 hour shift (41hour week)

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00/hr.

Direct Hire: Full Time Opportunity

Job description:  Multiple Machine Operator

Responsibilities:

• Operate various machines including Plasma cutters, shears and press brakes
• Understand operation of metal fabricating machines and follow safety procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the equipment

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience using plasma, shears & press brakes or other related equipment
• Familiarity with plant tools and equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle physical workload

Experience:
