A well-established manufacturing company in Mississauga is looking for a skilled Industrial Sewer to join their team on a temporary assignment with strong potential to become long-term.

What’s in It for You?

$19.50/hour+ (based on experience)
Straight day shift – Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate industrial sewing machines (single needle, overlock, flatlock, zigzag, etc.)
• Stitch, assemble, and finish textile products to spec
• Read and follow patterns, drawings, and work instructions
• Check finished work for quality, accuracy, and measurements
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining high standards
• Keep your workstation clean and machines well maintained
• Report any issues with materials, quality, or equipment
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines

 

What You Bring

• Previous experience as an industrial sewer or machine operator
• Strong knowledge of fabrics and stitching techniques
• Ability to work quickly and accurately with great attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a production or factory setting
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Physically capable of standing and performing repetitive tasks
