We are seeking a skilled Woodworker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with wood products, reading blueprints, operating woodworking equipment, and producing high-quality finished products. This position requires attention to detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood materials according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Sand, finish, and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform repairs, modifications, and custom woodworking projects as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous woodworking, carpentry, cabinet making, or millwork experience preferred.
• Ability to read tape measures and blueprints.
• Experience with woodworking tools and machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
