Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Tender to support manufacturing operations by removing finished parts from machines, counting and packaging products, performing quality inspections, and assisting with assembly as needed. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Remove finished parts from production machines safely and efficiently.
• Count, sort, and package parts according to customer and production specifications.
• Perform visual quality inspections to identify defects, damage, or inconsistencies.
• Assist with assembly operations as needed.
• Maintain accurate production counts and complete required documentation.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or production problems to supervisors.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic counting and recordkeeping skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
