Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Dispute Initiation Associate for a local bank in Killeen. Candidates must have call center experience or strong customer service skills. This is a temporary assignment with the potential for permanent hire.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls
• Document disputed transactions accurately
• Assist customers with dispute inquiries
• Research transaction information
• Meet productivity and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Previous call center experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to pass a background check
