Position Title: Senior Warehouse Technician – 1st Shift
Location: DeKalb, IL
Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21.60/hr

Job Description:
The Senior Warehouse Technician will manage and execute key warehouse activities, including inventory management, receiving and shipping processes, and operating warehouse equipment including high reach forklifts. This role involves using inventory systems, managing inventory movements, and troubleshooting work orders to ensure smooth operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory receiving, put-away, restocks, cycle counts, and shipping

• Operate forklifts, Reach Trucks, pallet jacks, barcode scanners, and RF units

• Perform loading/unloading of trucks and containers

• Troubleshoot work orders and inventory discrepancies

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in warehousing operations

• Forklift Experience required

• Valid Driver License Preferred

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in warehouse management systems (PC/Oracle)

• Strong communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
