Production worker - 1st Shift and 2nd Shift

In this role, the worker will help print, check, and pack T-shirts. No experience is needed for this position, and the company is happy to train the right person. If you are dependable and ready to work, this company wants you on the team!

What the Worker Will Do (Responsibilities)

• Help with Printing: Assist with the T-shirt printing process to keep production moving smoothly.

• Check Quality: Inspect the printed shirts to make sure the designs look perfect and correct.

• Fold and Pack: Neatly fold the finished T-shirts and pack them into boxes for shipping.

• Keep It Clean: Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

What the Company is Looking For (Requirements)

• Experience: None required! Any past work in a factory or production setting is helpful, but not needed.

• Reliability: The company needs someone who shows up on time and works hard.

• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand during the shift and handle light lifting (all items are under 50 lbs).

• Eye for Detail: Ability to spot mistakes or smudges on clothing so only high-quality products are sent out.
