Facility Technician for a Printing Company North Austin

Located in Austin, TX

Pay: $17/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Responsibilities and Duties:
As a Facility Technician, you will assist with various weekly duties, including:

Taking care of the premises and conducting regular inspections and routine maintenance of the building.
Responding to maintenance requests and repairing or replacing malfunctioning equipment, lighting, plumbing, and appliances.
Ensuring the facility meets safety regulations and complies with all health, safety, and environmental standards. Reporting any safety hazards.
Maintaining the cleanliness of common areas, repairing minor structural issues, and ensuring the facility is presentable.
