Location: Chippewa Falls, WI
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

A well-established industry leader is seeking a Hoist & Lube Service Technician to join its Chippewa Falls team.

What You'll Do

Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automotive lifts, hoists, lubrication equipment, suction pumps, and pressurized pumping systems
Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections
Service hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
Travel to customer locations using a company vehicle
Complete electronic work orders, inspection reports, and service documentation
Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and equipment performance
Assist with equipment installations and upgrades
Follow OSHA and lockout/tagout safety procedures
Support additional service and installation projects as business needs require

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Ability to safely use hand and power tools
Basic computer skills, including email and electronic documentation
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to lift, climb ladders, work from scaffolding, and perform physically demanding tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Safety-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

Automotive repair experience
Service technician experience
Construction experience
Industrial maintenance experience
Hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical troubleshooting experience
Welding, fabrication, or torch experience
Knowledge of anchoring, concrete work, and excavation procedures
Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, aerial lifts, telescoping lifts, skid loaders, or trailers

Training & Certifications

Training is provided for the right candidate, including opportunities to obtain:

Automotive Lift Institute (ALI) Certified Inspector Certification
OSHA 40-Hour Certification

Company-sponsored training and certification assistance are available.

Schedule & Travel

Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Local and regional travel required
Occasional overnight travel after permanent hire
Some after-hours and weekend work may be required
Participation in an on-call rotation after training
