Job Title: 1st Shift Press Operator (Evaluation Hire)

We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented Press Operator to join our 1st shift production team. This position offers a stable, long-term opportunity with room for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate rubber press equipment to produce molded and prototype parts
• Maintain press line operations to meet production standards
• Ensure quality output in accordance with company specifications
• Follow all safety protocols, including wearing required PPE

Qualifications:

• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong attention to quality and production standards
• Must wear steel-toe boots and safety glasses
• Mask required while on-site

Requirements:

• Must provide a negative COVID-19 test result dated within 7 days prior to start
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis

Pay and Schedule:

• Pay rate: $16.00 per hour
• Monday through Friday, 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM
