HVAC Technician

Located in Mechanicville, NY

Salary: $25.00 - 45.00

Seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair residential and/or commercial heating and cooling systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality service while ensuring system efficiency and reliability.

 

Pay Rate : 

• $25.00 - $45.00 per hour (based on experience) 

Work Schedule : 

• Monday - Friday 
• 7:00AM - 4:00PM

Key Responsibilities : 

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Present recommendations, estimates, and solutions to customers.
• Build customer relationships while generating additional service and equipment sales

Skills and Experience Required : 

• HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Customer service and communication
• Sales and upselling ability
• Estimating and proposal preparation
• Time management and organization
• Basic computer/software proficiency
• Previous HVAC service and repair experience
• Experience diagnosing residential HVAC systems
• Experience interacting directly with customers
• Sales experience preferred

Education Requirements : 

• High School Diploma or GED
• HVAC technical training preferred
• Relevant HVAC certifications/licenses preferred
