Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMPay: $16.00 - $19.00/hrRequirements: Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
Seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Commercial Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent data entry abilities, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service while assisting with administrative and sales support functions.
Enter and maintain customer, order, and pricing information accurately in company systems.
Answer and route incoming calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors.
Support the sales and commercial team with reports, scheduling, follow-up, and general administrative duties.
Maintain accurate records with minimal data entry errors.
Provide professional and timely support to customers and internal departments.
Ensure efficient office operations and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
Strong computer and data entry skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Previous administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred.
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
Ability to use office equipment, including phones, printers, and copiers.
Ability to occasionally lift and carry office materials up to 15 lbs.
