A reputable government contractor supporting the Department of Defense and other institutional clients is hiring 2 Production Support Specialists for immediate openings in Lorton, VA.

This company specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of high-security glass and protective materials used in government and commercial applications.

Position Details:
• Evaluation-to-hire opportunity
• $18–$19/hour during evaluation period
• Potential increase to $21+/hour upon permanent hire
• Monday–Thursday schedule: 5:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Friday overtime frequently available
• Immediate starts available
• No interview required

Job Duties:
• Train on multiple production and assembly stations
• Assist with material movement and production support
• Perform heavy lifting and general warehouse/manufacturing tasks
• Support team operations in a fast-paced production environment

Requirements:
• U.S. citizenship required
• Must be able to pass a background check
• No history of violent or assault-related offenses
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Must be comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation required due to early start time
