We are seeking experienced Line Technicians who can troubleshoot equipment, diagnose production issues, and keep manufacturing lines running. This is a troubleshooting-focused role. We need technicians who can think through problems, identify root causes, and get equipment back online safely and efficiently.

If you're the person operators call when the line goes down, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do:
Troubleshoot and repair production equipment
Respond to equipment breakdowns and downtime events
Perform mechanical and electrical repairs
Identify root causes and implement corrective actions
Support preventative maintenance and continuous improvement efforts
Keep manufacturing lines operating safely and efficiently

Strong Mechanical Experience May Include Troublshooting:
Conveyors
Bearings
Gearboxes
Chains and sprockets
Hydraulics
Pneumatics
Pumps
Drive systems
Industrial machinery repair
Welding and fabrication

Strong Electrical Experience May Include:
480V electrical systems
3-phase motors
Motor controls
VFDs
Relays and contactors
Sensors and photo eyes
Control panels
Electrical diagnostics
PLC troubleshooting

What We're Looking For:
Strong mechanical troubleshooting experience and/or strong electrical troubleshooting experience
Manufacturing, production, packaging, or industrial maintenance experience
Ability to work independently and solve problems under pressure
