Job Title: Pump Foreman Assistant
Location: Home base is Tallahassee, FL - Travel Required (Florida, Alabama, & Georgia)
Position Type: Full-Time, Evaluation Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Job Duties:
- Assist the Pump Operator with operating a drill rig for mud rotary, reverse mud rotary, and reverse air rotary drilling.
- Use all drill rig components effectively and memorize lever functions.
- Operate hydraulic winch and top drive for heavy lifting tasks.
- Set up drilling sites, including communication with client-consultants.
- Operate forklifts and combination backhoes.
- Perform maintenance tasks such as painting, scraping, grinding, and organizing equipment on-site.
- Handle painting, welding, and grinding of equipment, and organize storage at the shop.
Bonus Info:
- This role requires 100% travel between Florida, Alabama, and Georgia during the week. (No Weekends)
- Travel compensation includes $40 per diem and $15/hr for drive time.
