Cumberland County Area | Full-Time

We’re hiring a Residential Maintenance Technician who takes pride in delivering quality service and solving problems for customers the right way.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, customer-focused, and reliable.

What You’ll Do

• Perform maintenance and repairs in residential properties
• Troubleshoot and fix issues involving:
• Plumbing
• Electrical fixtures
• Basic HVAC systems
• General repairs (doors, appliances, carpentry, etc.)
• Respond to service calls and complete work orders efficiently
• Maintain clean and professional customer interactions
• Keep accurate records of work completed

What You Must Have

• 1–3+ years of residential maintenance or handyman experience
• Working knowledge of:
• Basic plumbing repairs
• Electrical troubleshooting (outlets, switches, fixtures)
• HVAC basics (filters, minor repairs)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Ability to pass background and drug screening

Work Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in homes, outdoors, and changing environments
• Able to manage multiple service calls per day
