Now Hiring: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Cumberland County Area | Full-Time

We’re looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician who knows how to keep equipment running, troubleshoot issues quickly, and prevent downtime before it happens.

This is a role for someone who understands systems, safety, and urgency — not just basic repairs.

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Diagnose issues with production or facility equipment and resolve them efficiently
• Perform equipment inspections and safety checks
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Work closely with operations teams to minimize downtime
• Follow all safety procedures and compliance standards

What You Must Have

• Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of:
• Electrical systems (motors, controls, basic wiring)
• Mechanical systems (belts, motors, conveyors, pumps)
• Hydraulics and/or pneumatics
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
• Experience using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Ability to pass background and drug screening

Work Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in industrial environments and varying conditions
• Standing, climbing, bending, and working around equipment daily
